Fresh New Angle’s Tommy Alvarez: Percussion
Since 1996, Tommy Alvarez has occupied himself with all aspects of percussion instruments. Tommy started to work as a professional musician in 1999. Over the past 22 years, he has become one of the busiest live DJ party percussionists in New York City and New Jersey as a musician.
Tommy has had the pleasure of working with Ika Kaina and her Orchestra, Cere and her Ballad Jazz Band and Geovanni Arencibia, and his Afro Cuban Latin Jazz Band. Tommy has gained recognition as a performing percussionist and has constituted a loyal following.
