These terms apply when you use the Fresh New Angle Events website, submit a form, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text. Your event itself is covered by the separate agreement you sign when you book, and that agreement controls if the two ever differ.

- Website information is general. Your signed event agreement is what sets your services, schedule, and price.
- Quotes and availability are confirmed only in writing, and your date is reserved once your agreement is signed and payment is received.
- You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
- Our photos, videos, logos, and text belong to FNA. Please ask before you reuse them.
01Accepting these terms
By using fnaevents.com, submitting a form, requesting pricing, scheduling a consultation, or communicating with our team, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. The website is operated by Fresh New Angle Corporation, doing business as Fresh New Angle Events and FNA Events (“FNA,” “we,” “us”).
02Using the website
Use this website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt, overload, or damage the site, access areas or systems you are not authorized to use, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
03Our services and website information
FNA provides DJ and MC entertainment, live music, photography, videography, photo booths, lighting, enhancements, officiants, and related event services. Descriptions, package inclusions, photos, and examples on this site show what we typically provide. They are not a binding offer. Exact services, team members, equipment, and inclusions can vary with your date, venue, and package, and they are confirmed in your written agreement.
04Quotes, availability, and booking
Pricing, availability, and package details shared on the website, by phone, email, text, or at a bridal show are estimates until confirmed in writing. Show-day or promotional offers apply only under the terms stated with them. Your date is not reserved until you sign an FNA agreement and the required payment is received. Payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by your agreement.
05Text message program
Program: FNA Events customer communication. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example through a website form, we may text you about your inquiry, quote, consultation, appointments, event planning, and customer service.
Frequency: message frequency varies. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP at any time and we will send one confirmation that you are unsubscribed. Help: reply HELP or call (844) 373-7411. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in data, and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
06Information you send us
When you send us information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it, including details about other people in your event. Please keep your contact information up to date so we can reach you about your event.
07Reviews and testimonials
Reviews on this site are quoted word for word from real clients, sometimes shortened with an ellipsis. Every event is different, and past reviews do not guarantee a specific result at your event.
08Our content
The text, photos, videos, music samples, logos, graphics, and design of this website are owned by or licensed to FNA. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, download for reuse, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission. Rights to the photos and videos from your own event are set out in your event agreement.
09Other websites and services
Our site links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube, Google Maps, social media, review sites, and our booking and payment tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
10No guarantee of outcomes
We work hard to deliver an outstanding event, but some things are outside our control, including guest participation, weather, venue rules and conditions, power or equipment provided by others, other vendors, and similar events. The website is provided “as is,” and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FNA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our responsibilities for your event are those stated in your event agreement.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless your event agreement says otherwise.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
