Will the DJ take requests at our wedding?
Yes. FNA DJs and hosts love taking requests from you and your guests on the fly. They use discretion and check with the couple or event organizer before playing any questionable song, so the party stays fun and the two of you stay the stars of the show.
Can we control the music at our event?
Absolutely. Your online planning portal lets you choose music for every moment: the processional and recessional, cocktail hour, introductions, first dances, and the reception. Your DJ moves between genres based on your playlist, the order of events, and your guests’ energy.
Do your DJs bring backup equipment?
Yes. Every FNA DJ brings a backup laptop, microphone, and speakers, and usually enough sound equipment to cover any issue, so the party never stops. Ask about it on your planning call and we will walk you through the setup for your venue.
What if our ceremony and cocktail hour are in different spaces?
No problem. We move a portable speaker from the ceremony to the cocktail hour space. Our portable speakers work in places without electrical outlets, and we can cover off-site ceremonies with the Off-Site Ceremony Sound add-on, which includes a speaker and microphone.
How loud will the music be?
We balance the volume so the room feels lively while guests can still talk. Music is lowered during dinner and announcements, then builds once the dance floor opens, so every guest is comfortable from cocktail hour to the last song.
Do you provide an MC as well as a DJ?
Yes. FNA wedding packages pair a professional DJ with an MC host. Your host guides the flow of the night, handles introductions and toasts, coordinates with your other vendors, and keeps the timeline on track while your DJ focuses on the music.
