How the day flowed
Amanda & Brian’s Day at The Valley Regency
What our team saw and captured, step by step.
- 01
Bridal suite to ceremony
The Valley Regency’s spacious bridal suite leads right down to the outdoor ceremony space, so prep flows straight into the ceremony.
- 02
Detail shots
Carlos Alvarado led photography, starting with detail shots while hair and makeup finished.
- 03
First look
The first look took place in an area overlooking the outdoor ceremony, filmed from multiple angles to catch both reactions.
- 04
Symmetry at the ceremony
A string quartet played as guests arrived, and the bridal party lined the side staircases.
- 05
Full production
DJ Meatball led a reception with uplighting, intelligent lighting, sparklers, and CO₂, while Adam Hutchinson on sax and Steve Regolizio on drums played along live.

Planning tips
Tips for Your The Valley Regency Wedding
What we learned working this venue.
Use the staircases
The side staircases at the ceremony space create symmetry for a large bridal party. Plan the processional so everyone lines up evenly.
Layer the production
Uplighting, intelligent lighting, CO₂, and live musicians work best when one team cues them all to the music.
Get drone coverage
The outdoor ceremony space looks spectacular from above. Ask about adding drone footage.
