As is the case for many photographers, my interest started at a young age. Being handed my first instant camera in 2nd grade for a simple photo contest (and subsequently winning it) I was hooked. I’ve always had a love for photographing wildlife and landscapes, but it wasn’t until I took a minor in photography in college that I got into photographing people. That sparked a totally new direction for me.

It wasn’t until my own wedding photographer asked me to come photograph weddings with her that I really got a taste of how much fun and joy I would get from sharing couples’ special day with them and helping them make memories that will last a lifetime. My passion for capturing those special moments is spurred on by each new couple I have the pleasure of working with. My goal is to make those days as absolutely memorable as possible and give them photos that they will be thrilled to show to their family and friends for generations to come
