From an early age, storytelling through film has always been part of who I am. Growing up playing sports—surfing, football, and track—every moment felt worth capturing. My dad was always behind the camera, documenting my journey from Pop Warner through high school. One day, he asked me to help create a highlight film of my career. What started as a way to relive those memories together turned into something much bigger—it sparked a passion for creating moments that last forever.
That passion truly took shape when I had the opportunity to work as a same-day editor. After spending years behind the scenes editing wedding films, I developed a deep understanding of how powerful those moments really are. When I finally stepped behind the camera for my first wedding, everything clicked. The uncertainty I once felt was replaced with clarity—I knew exactly what to look for, how to anticipate moments, and how to tell a story that felt real and timeless.
