
Assistant Manager
Keith Belitrand is the Assistant Manager at FNA Events and one of the key people making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From the moment a lead comes in to the final follow-up after an event, Keith is involved in keeping the team organized, the details on track, and the client experience consistent from start to finish.
With a strong background in operations and customer service, Keith supports both the front-end and back-end of the business: helping manage schedules, coordinating with the sales and events teams, reviewing processes, and making sure every event has what it needs to be a success. He’s the person double-checking that gear is packed, timelines are clear, and communication is tight between the office, the crew, and the clients.
Known for his calm, steady approach and problem-solving mindset, Keith is often the quiet force that keeps things from slipping through the cracks. Whether he’s troubleshooting a last-minute change, supporting the team on a busy weekend, or helping refine systems to make FNA Events more efficient, his focus is always on elevating the experience for both the staff and the clients they serve.
