Why should I hire a Photographer for my event?

When will the Photographer be arriving for my wedding?

Your wedding photographer will typically arrive as hair and makeup are wrapping up. We kick things off by capturing all those gorgeous details (rings, flowers, shoes, invites, jewelry, etc.) in stunning layouts. Next, it’s onto the dress, the bride with the dress, and so much more. The one thing that can throw the schedule off is hair and makeup running late, especially for the bride. But don’t worry, we always aim to arrive 30 minutes early to adjust for traffic, new locations, and to scout the grounds. We’ve got you covered!

Should I consider hiring a second Photographer?

Absolutely! A second photographer is a game-changer, especially when the couple is getting ready in separate locations. It means double the coverage and double the magic. While a solo videographer can set up an extra camera for filming, a second wedding photographer ensures every angle and every moment is perfectly captured. Two photographers mean no moment is missed!

Are multiple cameras used for photography? When?

You bet! Our photographers often carry multiple camera bodies with different lenses to ensure they’re ready for any shot. They’re pros at switching lenses to capture every perfect moment at weddings and events.

Approximately how many photos will be in my digital album from FNA Events?

You can expect 200 photos for every hour your wedding photographer is there.

The number of photos depends on the amount of action at your event. The more moments, the more we capture! Multiple shots of each pose ensure the perfect frame and composition. Our focus on quality over quantity means you only receive the best shots where you look stunning.

Approximately how long after my event will I receive my photos?

Event Highlights: Delivered within one week of the event.

Full Digital Albums: Delivered approximately 30-60 days after the event.

Printed Albums: Created from your favorite photos in the digital album and printed 1-3 months after submitting photos for design.

What will happen if it rains?

Rain or shine, we’ve got it covered! Our wedding photographers will scout indoor and outdoor spots for portraits, family photos, and the first look. If the weather takes a turn, we’re ready to adapt and capture your day beautifully, no matter the conditions.

Will we get help with posing for portrait and family photos?

Absolutely! We provide a complete list of family portraits to ensure no one is missed. Our lead photographer will center and balance family photos, while the second photographer gathers family and bridal party members for upcoming shots. We make the process smooth and fun!
